PP non woven Fabric types

1. Meltblown Cloth

Through melt-blown extrusion, manufacturers turn polypropylene and other polymers into nonwoven fabric. To make Melt-blown cloth, we use a fast air stream to control melted plastic flow. To make a sheet of fabric, they turn a traditional woven cloth into yarn. But that is not the case with Melt Blown cloth.

Machines, heat, or chemicals combine fibers to create nonwoven fabrics. There is no involvement of weaving or knitting yarn. It has smaller pores and greater filtration efficiency than spun-bonded fibrous webs. We make our Melblown cloth with extensive care and quality assurance.

Melt cloth features:

  • Barrier against bacteria.
  • Provides cushioning.
  • Filtering.
  • Resistant to flames.
  •  Repellency of liquids.
  • Adaptability.
  • Softness.

2. Polypropylene Non Woven fabric

PP is a type of plastic that is often used for food packaging, plastic furniture, and medical devices. The linear hydrocarbon polymer is a popular plastic.

Polypropylene fabrics can be made in various ways, such as weaving or nonwoven methods. Polypropylene fabric doesn’t get stained, fade, or absorb water, no matter how it’s made. Polypropylene, a type of plastic, is capable of melting and taking on various forms. You can also cool and harden it many times. Polypropylene can be recycled, but every time recycled made quality gets worse.

Polypropylene will never get dirty, speak technically: If something spills or soils the fabric, the stain sits between the fibers due to inactive dye sites. Because of that, it can be cleaned easily with cleaners like bleach, without the risk of fading.

The properties of polypropylene make it suitable for a different applications. People can make protective clothing and gloves with it because its fibers resist chemicals.

PP features:

  •  High heat deflection temperature (HDT).
  •  Durability.
  •  Cost-effective.
  •  Stability in dimensions.
  •  Low density.
  •  Abrasion resistance.
  •  High tensile strength.
  • Chemical resistance.

3. PP-spunbond

It also has the advantage of being water-obstruction/waterproof and delicate. Another name is LLDPE. It has a high flexibility because of its fanning proportion. We use quality materials and proper techniques to make PP spun-bond fabric. Spunbond technology improves nonwoven fabrics, making them stronger, softer, and more comfortable. It solves problems like unevenness, roughness, and lack of absorption.

 Features:

  • Offer a three-layer design.
  • Durability with the high-level surface.
  •  Loe thickness.
  • Waterproof.
  • High expanding proportion.
  • great adaptability.
  • Delicate quality and obstruction.
  • Available in different colours.
  • Low-temperature obstruction.

4. SMS nonwoven Fabric

SMS Called spunbond meltblown spunbond. The fabric combines Spunbond and Melt-blown technologies. When we create SMS material in our facility, it has many benefits. No matter how wet or dry the material is, spun-bond polypropylene is also durable and strong.

It doesn’t fray or unravel, and it doesn’t absorb much moisture when wet. As a result, it is softer and more pliable than spun-bond polypropylene. Nonwoven fibers have strong webs, so they often get mixed with other nonwoven fibers. When you combine melt blown and Spunbound it will make water resistance and comfort. Meltblown has a webbed structure and is softer compared to other non-woven fabrics. Our high-quality SMS nonwoven fabric ensures:

Features:

  • Protective Apparel.
  • Cleanroom coveralls.
  • Flexibility.
  • No smell, no skin irritation.
  • Filtration.
  • Provide Insulation.
  • Ensure medical healthcare.
  • Sanitary products.

5. Spunlace Non Woven Fabric

Our Company produces Quality Spunlace nonwoven fabrics that meet quality standards. High-pressure water jets tangle loose fibers to make spun lace fabric. Jet entangled, needled hydroentangled, or hydraulic classify spunlace fabrics. But “Spunlace” is the most common term.

Nonwoven Spunlace is versatile because it absorbs moisture and lets things through.  Spunlace fabric is usually used in medicine and makes disposable personal care products. The bonding process is the main difference between Spunbond polypropylene and Spunlace. Without the bonding step, neither product would have any mechanical resistance.

You can expect:

  •  Excellent moisture resistance.
  •  High-temperature resistance.
  •  Strong and durable.
  • Versatile and recyclable.
  • Soft handle.
  • Good adaptability.
  • Absorbent.
  • High density and uniform appearance.
