Harmony is a clothing store. Located in the beautiful island of Barbados, they specialize in plus size women’s clothing, with online and offline stores, in October 2022, Harmony’s purchasing manager Shyam Mahtani found our website through Google and send us email about non woven bags purchase request, and we let our sales manager Sophia immediately reply email and provided Shyam with high-quality bags at competitive prices, leading to a successful and ongoing business relationship.

Customer introduction:

Shyam Mahtani is a Purchase manager of Harmony brand. He needed a reliable supplier for his store and contacted our sales manager Sophia for assistance. Sophia worked closely with Shyam to understand his specific needs and requirements for the bags he wanted to stock in his store. We provided him with many options of bags, including paper bags, and non-woven bags.

Customization process:

One of the main challenges in the cooperation between Harmony and Zhengxin was ensuring that the bags met Harmony’s high standards for quality. To begin with, zhengxin’s expertise in bag production and our ability to provide a wide variety of bags to meet Shyam’s specific requirements for the bags he needed for Harmony store. This shows that Zhengxin was able to understand the needs of their customer and cater to them effectively. 正新‘s implementation of a rigorous quality control process ensured that only high-quality bags were delivered to Shyam, which helped to build trust and credibility between the two companies. Another challenge was pricing, as Shyam needed competitive prices in order to make a profit on the clothing he sold in his store. To address this, we send pictures and videos to confirm the products that customers need. Comprehensive product details such as material, size, and color were given.  After confirming the price, we began to design four different sizes for customers’ reference, including paper bags and non-woven bags in L, M, and S sizes. A batch of samples was produced and sent to customers to check the quality. Harmony implemented a rigorous quality control process, which involved inspecting every bag before shipment to ensure they met the required standards.

After the customer received the sample, he was satisfied and ordered 50,000 bags. Our sales Sophia attached great importance to this order. She went to the production workshop to check the production status almost daily to ensure the quality and satisfy the customer again.

Overall, the cooperation between Zhengxin and Harmony has been highly successful, resulting in a strong and ongoing business relationship. Harmony continues to provide us with high-quality bags at competitive prices, and Shyam has been able to grow his business by offering a wide range of bags to his customers.

To increase the product sale, we recommended having:

  1. Interactive displays: We developed interactive displays that allowed customers to explore products in a fun and engaging way. These displays were placed throughout the store and were designed to provide customers with a unique shopping experience.
  2. Customer feedback: It is essential to gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences and pain points. This can be done through surveys, feedback forms, or social media platforms. By analyzing this data, we can identify areas for improvement and tailor our solutions to meet customers’ needs.
  3. Staff training: Providing comprehensive training to store employees will help in a successful business. This will ensure that staff members are familiar with the products and can provide adequate customer support. 

By implementing these additional solutions, we can further improve the cooperation with the customer and ensure that their unique needs and challenges are addressed. This will result in a more successful and sustainable partnership between the companies.
